A mythopoetic sanctuary and creative rites of passage for women reclaiming story, self and voice
There are untold stories inside of you —the seeds of your becoming.
The poet Muriel Rukeyser once said,
“The universe is made up of stories, not atoms.”
The Wild Remembering is a landscape for re-membering the power of story.
A spiral of reclamation. A place to:
Reclaim your stories
Release your stories
Remake your stories
Renew your relationship to story
Retrieve what was lost
See your stories with new clarity
Transform your stories
And be transformed in the process
How many thresholds have you crossed —without telling the story?
Without being fully seen,
fully witnessed?
Girlhood
Coming of age
Adolescence
Change
Chaos
Healing crisis
Call to adventure
Spiritual awakening
Maturation
Foreign travel
Passages of
Longing
Rupture
Love
Loss
Becoming woman
Birthing
Becoming mother —or not
Becoming elder
Identity shifts
Many of us have crossed these thresholds alone —
without the true rites of passage we were meant to receive.
Let’s consciously repattern the stories —
in body, mind & soul navigating
creative rites of passage
in a shared space of belonging.
Creativity as Transformation
Creativity is path of return.
Story is medicine.
Movement is a map of release, repatterning, and remembrance.
The Wheel of the Year becomes a living guide for the cycles of your soul.
Each season, a new threshold.
Each threshold, a new story to reclaim.
The Living Spiral
︎
We believe:
The body is not separate from the land.
The land is alive.
︎ The ancestors live in our stories.
Story is alive.
︎The Wheel of the Year turns within and without.
As we weave ourselves whole,
we return not empty-handed—
but as weavers of the world,
bearing the medicine
of embodied truth,
devotion,
and creative soul-wisdom.

the roots that nourish the river of this sanctuary.
They invite you to tap into deeper wells of remembering, resource and renewal:

Embodied Movement & Dance
The body as temple and teacher, where we move the story and unlock new freedom.

Community Song & Voicework
Singing together as an ancient technology of belonging, where the “I” dissolves into the “we,” weaving us back into the living world.
Place & Bioregional Attunement
Grounding soul work in the land, listening to the spirit of place, and rooting healing in relationship with the more-than-human world.
Why This Work Matters
Creative Rites of Passage for the Soul
In a world where true rites of passage have all but vanished, many of us cross thresholds—birth, adolescence, soul crisis, motherhood, elder hood, even death —without ever being seen, held or initiated.
We carry stories from those unmapped crossings:
Unfinished. Unspoken. Unwitnessed.
And the body remembers.
The Wild Remembering is a place to return to those thresholds—not to relive them, but to re-rite and re-write them through story, movement, creativity and voice.
To move with the stories that live inside your bones and reclaim them as creative medicine.
To step into a living, mythopoetic spiral of soul development, seasoned by the wheel of the year, shaped by life’s thresholds, and supported by symbolic and embodied tools to navigate the river of change.
A Braided Map, Lived and Remembered
This work is born from my own unmet adolescence, creative reclamation, embodied movement journey and spiritual initiations.
The spiral we follow weaves together decades of practice, study and lineage:
SomaSource (movement based rites of passage and developmental embodiment through the 5Rhythms-informed framework of Melissa Michaels (Golden Bridge in Boulder, CO)
Bill Plotkin’s Soulcentric Wheel—a nature-based model of human soul development
Waldorf pedagogy & Anthroposophy archetypal understanding of life phases and the evolving human being
Transformative Language Arts (MA Goddard College) embodied writing as healing + story as tool for personal and cultural transformation
Fairytale and Mythic Wisdom—as enlivened by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Martin Shaw, Laura Simms, and Rudolf Steiner
Ceremonial Arts (Storehouse)—gnostic, nature-based ritual rooted in mystery traditions
Tarot & Archetypal Symbolism—three decades of mythopoetic, initiatory self study
A Self-Designed, Embodied Heroine’s Journey—twenty years walking the red thread of Little Red Riding Hood into the forest of self, story and soul

The Invitation
Enter the Spiral of the Wild Remembering
The old stories are loosening.
They no longer fit.
It’s Rewild Time.
Time to reweave your life through myth, memory, movement, and imagination.
Rewilding the Word
A year-long mythopoetic feminine mystery school + creative writes of passage
This is not just a writing course.
It is a living rites of passage —
a soul-deep, story-rooted, body-based transformation.
It is a remembering -
not of who you should become
but of who you already are,
beneath the stories you were given.
We begin with story.
We track it through the body.
We move it, write it, re-shape it —
until it becomes a bridge between past and future,
between wound and voice, forgetting and remembering.
A spiral of Descent, Dream, Reclamation, Bloom and Return
The spiral moves in harmony with ancestral rites of passage and modern nature-baed initiatory frameworks. While uniquely feminine, creative and mythopoetic, this journey echoes the soul-centric cycles mapped by nature-based thinkers and remembered by those who walk close to the land.
Over a year, you’ll be guided through a transformational arc using tools drawn from ancient story and modern soul work:
Weekly circles with story ceremony, seasonal writing prompts, and creative ritual
StoryBody Tracking and writes of passage practices
SomaSource movement and embodied rites of passage
Vocal reclamation & ancestral healing
Guest guides, storytellers, and sacred mirrors
One-on-one life story coaching and manuscript guidance
You will:
Move the stories you carry-and be moved by the ones that find you
Reclaim your voice and body as vessels of soul truth
Attune to the spiral rhythms of earth, season and psyche
Write the self into myth, meaning and creative sovereignty
Craft a personal Story Apothecary—a manuscript that carries the wisdom of your lived journey
Listen…can you hear it calling?
The Wild Remembering wants to speak through you.
Return to yourself.
Become the author of your life.
Meet Your Guide
Grounded. Mythic. True.
I am Stasha Ginsburg — mythopoetic writer, writes of passage guide, and the creator of The Wild Remembering.
For over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of story, embodiment, ritual, and creative transformation,
helping women reclaim their voices and reshape their lived stories into powerful medicine —
for themselves
for their lineages
for the world.
I believe stories are living beings.
I believe the body is the ground of truth.
And I believe every woman carries a creative elixir inside her —
waiting to be remembered, reclaimed, and offered back to the world.
