Crack Open the Story: Howl + Ink
A Mythopoetic Writing Journey for Women Who Howl & Run With Words
You’ve been told to stay on the path. To keep your voice small, your stories tidy. But the wolf in your bones knows better. This is an invitation to step into the forest, to let your words bare their teeth. Over 8 weeks, you’ll rewrite your life through several old tales—from Little Red Riding Hood to La Loba—until your stories howl back.
This is not a writing workshop. This is a (w)rites of passage.
You’ll leave with:
A ‘Story Apothecary’—your personal myths, spells, and wolf-wisdom compiled into a living bundle.
A voice that no longer apologizes for its growl.
A pack of women who’ve tasted their own wild ink.
"The cure for silence is a story that claws its way out."
This is a creative rites of passage—a writes of passage—through body, place, memory and imagination –for anyone ready to: rewild their voice, retrieve lost stories, reclaim voice and become the author of their own life.
Guided by moon wisdom, ritual, fairytale, myth, and provocative writing prompts, we will dive deeply into the hearth- fire of story. We will spin our life stories into gold, as we weave personal life story writing with mythopoetic wisdom. Through provocative and felt-sense-embodied writing prompts, you’ll explore your personal Story Apothecary—uncovering the personal and mythopoetic tales that shape, challenge, and call you home.
